What is it like being a customer of PinnaclePixel?

Here at PinnaclePixel, we believe in keeping customers regularly updated with what is happening and making sure you have input every step of the way. A lot of web-design companies or agencies may only contact you after a project is completed, which can leave the final product being very different to how you wanted it. Every time we complete a small milestone on your project, we will let you know what we did, show you (if necessary), and allow you to leave feedback-- where you can let us know if you are happy with the progress or if there is anything you would like to change or add.

All of our customers can do this by logging in to their personal account, where they can keep track of the progress and leave feedback. Here they can also keep track of any invoices they have, and also pay them.
